候选人将负责在客户现场自动化测试设备和仪表的服务支持，有电子制造业背景尤佳。
主要负责以下职责：
为客户提供产品故障诊断、技术咨询、装机调试支持、现场服务管理、设备维护、应急响应、客户培训等技术服务工作。
记录提高改进服务工作流程，沟通客户技术报告。
建立良好长期用户关系，持续改进仪器设备效率和生产率。
适应客户工厂现场作业或者频繁的出差的日常工作模式。
承担其他指定的工作。
任职条件
教育背景：机械或电控。
有精密机电、自动控制、仪表设备、流体动力等行业的技术服务，工程技术等工作经验。有电子制造行业背景尤佳。
优秀的客户沟通能力和客户服务意识。
良好的动手能力、主动学习能力。
身体健康。
良好的英语能力。
Service Engineer
The candidate will be responsible for supporting automation test system products and instruments in the field, and prefer to have EMS background.
He/shall hands on technical support activities include trouble-shooting, advice, instrument installation, service call, field support, equipment repair and maintenance.
He/she will provide and support system commissioning, project acceptance, customer interfacing, and the technical and commercial activities at customer facilities.
He/she will also be responsible for generating technical reports, documents and project materials.
He/she will work closely with customer to ensure the performance and reliability of equipment system and instrument, develop solutions to problems, and execute improvement.
This position may require frequent travel in short notice, and be comfortable to work with customers peer to peer in the daily basis.
He/she will take other assignment from the supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have degree in Engineering, Mechanicals, Electricals, or related fields.
- Demonstrated hand-on skills, have experience and training in equipment setting up, trouble-shooting and repair in one of the fields: automation system, instrumental, electrical and mechanical system.
- Knowledge of PLC and control will be a plus.
- Prefer to have good English reading, writing and oral communication capabilities.
- A team player, customer satisfaction orientation, good interpersonal skills, quick learner, ability to work and develop in a self-driven environment.
- In good health condition, and capability to handle things over 20 KG weight.
- Graduate with high caliber is welcomed.
- Senior candidate will be positioned in leadership role.
