Main Responsibilities

- Overall management, direction, coordination and control of manufacturing operations including Production, Process, quality control, logistic & warehouse, etc
- Schedules and coordinates production activities to meet the goal of quality, delivery, flexibility and effectiveness;
- Optimizing production process and utilization of human resources, machines and equipments, ensure all runs smoothly and efficiently;
- Achieves optimum employee levels with the least amount of headcount and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan;
- Be responsible for the training, development, and performance evaluations of functional employees, with corrective action taken as necessary on a timely basis, in accordance with Company policies;
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of Sales, Purchasing, HR, QA and Finance.
- Making reasonable and detailed production plan and control subcontract efficiently based on actual production status

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or other related major
- At least 8 years working experience in manufacturing factory and 3+ years experience in similar position. Experience in WOFE is preferred.
- Understanding and experience in project type industry
- Familiar with mechanical processing (Tuber Roll, frame, welding, painting and assembly, etc.). Experience with lean production is preferred.
- Ability to formulate plans, set targets
- Good management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is a plus
- Must have an analytical mind and be able to summarie and present views, suggestions and reports in a structured, professional manner.
- Strong problem analysis, problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills with other people and groups.


Work location; 80% is in Kunshan, the rest in Shanghai
