职位描述:
1. 执行供应商的评审、评估、质量管理及改善；
2. 协助供应商进行前期的质量策划及样品试制过程中的质量监控及样品检验；
3. 批量生产过程中，协助供应商进行过程质量控制以确保产品满足我司的质量要求；
4. 供应商质量状况的跟踪和分析及协助供应商制定纠正预防措施；
5. 协助供应商进行工艺过程分析并实现持续改进；
6. 能够识别供应商的潜在质量风险，分析并采取相应措施；
7. 参与新产品的开发与设计；
8. 处理客户投诉并提供解决措施。
职位要求：
1. 化学，机械制造或相关专业的学士学位；
2. 熟悉供应商的质量管理及ISO9001质量管理体系；
3. 熟悉五金产品、塑料产品生产的优先；
4. 很强的责任感和紧迫感；
5. 诚实并具备优秀的道德修养；
6. 具备很强的主动性，独立性和创造力；
7. 良好的英语能力。
Job description:
1. Perform suppliers’ audit, evaluation, quality management and quality improvement;
2. Work with suppliers on the quality control plan in the prophase of the project initiation, quality control during the prototype production and the sample inspection;
3. Work with suppliers on the process quality control and quality management activities to ensure product meet company's quality requirements during the mass production;
4. Review the suppliers’ process quality status, and work with them on making the quality improvement and taking preventive & corrective actions;
5. Work with the suppliers on the process analysis to achieve continuous improvement;
6. Be able to identify the suppliers’ potential quality risk, conduct the related analyses and take the preventive actions;
7. Take part in new product's development and design.
7. Handle the customers’ complaints and provide solutions.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical manufacturing or related field;
2. Knowledge and understanding of supplier quality management and ISO9001 quality management system;
3. Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication / assembly / powder coating and plastic manufacturing processes;
4. High sense of urgency;
5. Must have and maintain a high level of integrity and ethics;
6. Must be highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail and must be able to perform all tasks and assignments independently & creative;
7. Proficiency in English language is a plus.
