职位描述：
Responsibility:
Production of the design of all cleanroom systems and determining the associated construction budget cost during the programming and conceptual design phases, for large / complex projects;
Determining and defining sustainability targets;
Review of the design of cleanroom systems, produced by other team members, for technical compliance with specified and contracted client / customer requirements;
Review of all cleanroom tender documentation;
Implementing the design checklist and tracking progress;
Arranging internal design reviews with the support of the HOD;
Representing the Cleanroom Team in monthly Client Meetings;
Compiling lessons learned and briefing HOD on same;
Formulating any necessary recovery plans relating to:
?Design
?Cost
?Schedule
Mentoring of Junior Engineers with the intent of securing properly trained personnel to ensure the continual expansion of the company.
To promote safe working practices and to protect the health and well-being of Employees, Sub-contractors and Customers;
To create and maintain a professional atmosphere in the workplace. This shall be achieved through example;
To create a focused Mechanical Team, and provide adequate and appropriate support to all team members;
To ensure that all cleanroom Team members are fully conversant with their scope of works and the extent of the obligations of M+W;
To protect the interests of the company;
The typical technical and commercial scope would include, as a minimum; pricing of Request For Quotations; report writing; design; all stages of tendering through to award; construction; commissioning through to completion; surveys and fact finding; trouble shooting; final account evaluation etc;
Ad hoc duties as determined by management.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering or a related subject
Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications
15 years’ experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineer
10 years’ experience in a Senior Mechanical/HVAC Engineer position
Project experience in semiconductor industry or pharmaceutical preferred
Highly proficient in communication
Cross culturally aware and adaptable
Being assertive and confident
Able to impacts and influences
Good negotiation skills
Remain familiar with current practices and engineering trends within the industry and remain technically current
Basic knowledge of process engineering
Be familiar with available engineering software, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and other relevant design tools specifically
Very good English skills (ability to discuss technical issues, to write technical letters etc.)
Excellent knowledge of Chinese national and applicable international standards and codes 举报 分享
