Job Title: Senior Engineer ( 3rd Party Contract)
Department: IT
Reporting Relationships:
IT East Hub Leader
Location:
Shanghai, China
Objectives:
To provide daily IT support for office staff.
Duty & Responsibility:
？ Fix daily IT problem for all east china staff.
？ IT asset management;
？ Assisting Network Team/Server team to do some troubleshooting;
？ Shanghai Local desksides team management;
Key Result Areas
？ Professional IT support
？ Client satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience
？ Bachelor degree
？ Being familiar with IT hardware/software, LAN, Windows/Office and security applications, PC-related skills' certificates would be preferred
？ Good communication skills, customer service and teamwork spirit
？ Good English skill on both written and oral.
？ Have experience to be Helpdesk at least 3 years.
？ Team Lead experience would be preferred
