Purpose of the job

To manage all stages of the recruitment process with both candidate and management, providing an excellent recruitment service according to UPM policies and legal requirements.

Key Tasks:
1) Selections and interviews for various open positions throughout UPM Raflatac China;

2) Interview potential candidates to qualify/disqualify them for open job opportunities;
3) Develop employer branding to attractive more good candidates.
4) Works with functional managers to identify and follow up the upcoming recruitment activities;
5) other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience or above.
2) At least 2 years of related working experience in recruiting role, headhunting experience is welcome.

3) Good command of both oral and written English
4) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure.
5) The ability to produce detailed work accurately and quickly.
6) The ability to handle multi-task.
7) Think proactively and independently to get work done more efficiently and effectively.
