职位描述：
Staff will create project documentation for various projects.

1 staff will be allocated for New Business Building, K1/K2 projects.

1 staff will be allocated for Giti e-improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Create IT documentation for the organization's global support center and employees

Manage employee facing self-support website

Collect feedback and requirements from internal users regarding training needs

Prepare training sessions and guides for internal users

Prepare organizational-wide email announcements regarding important news / updates in the IT function

Compose periodic IT newsletter for internal users

Assist with project planning documentation


Qualification:


At least 1+ year experience as a technical writer in English and Chinese.

Excellent English communication and writing skill including command of English grammar and punctuation

Detail orientation and ability to wiling to learn technical concepts. 举报 分享
