Job Summary:

The Head of project Solution Engineering & Implementation in North China is to support CL sales in developing client specific solutions. Specifically, he/she will analyze customer requirements; develop a cost model and design layouts as well as material flows. Furthermore, he/she will be also responsible leading the team for the project management of medium-sized and larger logistics project. He/She is expected to fulfill this role within the corporate standard project implementation framework. His/Her responsibility covers team build-up, project design & planning, resource acquisition, training and post-implementation follow-up.

Functionally head of warehouse operation management in North China is responsible for monitor and control the operation service quality including reporting, billing, KPIs, Flow, team performance measurement and effective productivity etc, to be sure the p & l of every warehouse project in North China is be meet the budget & profit target. And make sure stable service performance to meet customer expectation.

Professional experience:
?Operations background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with over 5 years project management experience and 3 years team management experience. More than 10 years working experience
?Production logistics experience is a plus

Requirements:
?Fluent in English.
?Ability to provide clear direction to operations support staff to gather necessary data and implement the right solution.
?Good analytical skills to translate and understand complex business processes and the ability to transform these into operational concepts
?Very good communication and organizational skills.
?Team-Player with close contact to the local Logistics Management and IT Super-User
?Used to work fluently with the current MS Office Professional package, knowledge of MS Project preferred
?Well mannered.
