职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

? Monthly updates to CMS for finance/lease products, dealer set up, dealer bank account changes and other system change requests for commercial vehicles. Ensure accuracy of updates and support to double check entries from other colleagues. Support as back up for PC related configurations
? Regularly communicate with regional sales teams to coordinate all regional requests for approvals and document support; Support internal department with document support and audit follow-up requests
? Daily processing of dealer commission fapiaos in the Commission tool and adhoc support for other administrative fapiao related tasks that need to be either processed or sent to dealers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
? Adhoc support for other sales operations related tasks

Job requirements:

? Education
-University degree preferred

? Experience
-Relevant experience in a Financial Services Company or Bank
-Relevant experience with Sales and Marketing

? Specific Knowledge
-Ability to multi-task and work independently
-Proactive, detail-oriented and result-oriented
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Experience with MS office programs especially PowerPoint
