职位描述：
General Overview:
Provide support to Customer Services, Sales and Marketing for all pricing and customer program related duties and to be responsible for the review and auditing of price exceptions within your area of responsibility. All of the duties will need to be completed in a timely manner to ensure that no unnecessary delays are caused to the customer or business. The job holder will have to remain mindful of business rules surrounding pricing and customer programs and ensure that these rules are adhered to.
 
Responsibilities:
? Exceptional price or discount validation and setting in SAP when needed
? Annual price data and rebate updating in SAP
? RSP data maintaining for all the segments in assigned regions
? Normal discount setting for new business or new customer
? Make price record file and prepare required pricing reports
? Help sales, marketing, CS or Finance for pricing or customer program troubleshooting
? Help team leader manage the PE process and ensure the requested process rules are adhered to
? Be responsible for the review and auditing of price exceptions within the assigned region

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree
? 2-3 years as customer service, sales admin or other position with data process experience
? Good English reading and writing
? SAP experience
? Working experience for process tracking and system troubleshooting
