Job Objectives
- The finance manager is responsible for financial management, including budget preparation, asset control, short and long term strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- The finance manager will also manage and direct activities and personnel of accounting systems.
- Train and develop organization depth within Accounting Department

Main Responsibilities
Operation Responsibilities
- Manage and control the financial integrity.
- Manage the monthly financial closing activity.
- Coordinate annual budgets.
- Develop profit plan and meet or exceed it
- Manage the buying of materials to maintain proper inventory levels in a cost effective manner.
- Conduct short and long term strategic planning.
- Managing the preparation and interpretation of all short and long term financial forecasts for management.
- Manage delivery of annual budgets, capital funding requests and periodic strategic plans developed by the General Manager.
- Make recommendations concerning cost allocations, transfer prices, cost classifications, refining provisions, inventory evaluations, cost controls and capital asset records.
- Responsible for fixed Assets and Depreciation
- Manage all financial data, to ensure that financial trends are visible, and corresponding initiatives are in place.
- Manage the cash requirements of the business.
- Manage the coordination of accounting personnel and allocate activities.
- Manage the coordination of the entire financial reporting.
- Manage the provision of standard costing and cost variance analyses, to enable operations management to meet cost control requirements.
- Direct and/or perform other duties broadly within the scope of the functions and responsibilities as defined by General Manager

Quality/Regulatory responsibilities
- Manages staff in full compliance with ISO9001 requirements.
- Responsible for departmental audit readiness and for participating in quality audits with Regulatory Agencies and customers.

EHS responsibilities
- Manages staff in full compliance with all appropriate EHS policies and procedures.
- Responsible for departmental audit readiness and for participating in audits with internal Company groups, regulatory agencies, and customers.
- Ensures staff acts in accordance with EHS policies, practices and procedures. Addresses staff issues accordingly if there are EHS violations.
- Actively participates in root cause investigations on near misses and all incidents. Once identified, ensures corrective actions take place and compliance with Company policies and procedures, and all national regulations occurs within the responsible department.
- Manages compliance with national and local regulations.
- Implements, applies and places emphasis on EHS concepts with department specific responsibilities.
- Demonstrated technical and procedural expertise and self-assuredness in applying EH&S policies and procedures.
- Support the Company’s commitment for environmental health & safety by applying ISO 9001 and Sustainability 2017 principals into daily activities.

Requirements:
- BA or BS in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance Department
- Minimum of 7 years related technical/managerial experience
- Strong business background with specific manufacturing accounting
- Requires strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and technical skills
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and possess the quality of being precise
- Ability to construct and carry out plans within given timetables
- Must possess strong leadership and management skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Must have the ability to effectively interface with other Divisions and Group management
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Good Chinese and English communication skill to internal and external clients and colleagues
