职位描述：
Technical Direction
Ø Set up and make a developing plan for BIM technology team
Ø Study BIM market and develop BIM service within the framework of BV global services
Ø Define BIM services and actions, define measures, procedures and programs to operate BIM service.
Ø Lead and participate BIM routine work in national and international projects
Ø Train and improve the technical abilities of the Bureau Veritas BIM engineers for the challenges of the market
Ø Take and develop initiatives according to the yearly technical action plan / Generally regulated / quarter to propose developments and new initiatives based on internal and external developments and information
Ø Monitor technical competence of technical staff
Ø Define and establish technical guidelines for the Bureau Veritas network
 
Technical support to network
Ø Answer and solve the technical questions that cannot be handled by the engineers on site and serve as an advisor to the Bureau Veritas network in his/her field of specialism
 
Ø Organize meetings and workshops with the technical network to define actions and technical measures to develop and improve technical guidelines and service portfolio in line with the overall Bureau Veritas policy
Ø Deliver technical support to the Bureau Veritas network and train the Bureau Veritas specialists and technical manager in other countries.
Ø Represent the organization internally and externally as the Bureau Veritas technical ambassador in his/her field of specialization
 
Information exchange and know-how and skills
Ø Provide information in the Bureau Veritas network concerning technical guidelines, technical norms and techniques for this area of specialization
Ø Make sure that, based on the questions of customers or customer complaints, the departments involved are informed of how to answer and act, which has to influence the number of interventions in a positive way
Ø Develop training programs to educate the staff involved and make sure that the technical know-how is state of the art
Ø Participate in the yearly / Generally regulated / quarter (B5) technical review of the department he/she is in charge of
Requirement：
Ø Education: Bachelor degree or above level in Technical Engineering required, oversea education related with BIM technology is preferred.
Ø Working experience: A minimum of 8 years’ experience in specialty, at least 2 year’s BIM product or technical management experience required
Ø Thorough knowledge of general principles and theories in a professional field demonstrated by significant accomplishments and contributions
Ø Good oral and written English skills and local language skills
Ø Good PC skills
