职位描述：
POSITION: Sourcing Executive
LOCATION: SHANGHAI

Description:

With sourcing manager’s direction, sourcing executive provides overall sourcing and purchasing support service to the whole company department except the stationary purchasing. Meanwhile, assist sourcing manager to find more potential suppliers: including direct manufacturer, agent and equipment rental companies.


Work Activities:

Receive the purchase request forms from different departments and confirm the purchasing necessity with sourcing manager.
Source detailed information about the products to purchase and select the potential suppliers. (At least three suppliers).
Collect the products and suppliers information from the web, from product catalogues and yellow pages. After comparison, contact the selected suppliers.
Give the detail products information to the potential suppliers and get their quotation, including price, delivery date, term of payment and after sale service etc.
For the equipment purchasing, ask the potential suppliers to our warehouse and take them to see the related situation and environment where the equipments will be used.
Assist sourcing manager negotiate the price, quantity, quality, delivery date, terms of payment with the suppliers.
Check all the above mentioned items in the contract provided by suppliers.
Submit the contract draft to sourcing manager for confirmation and signature.
Monitor the contract implementation, manage the suppliers to complete the contract within the agreed time frames.
Keep contact with the suppliers and request them provide service in case of equipment replacement and repair
Update the “Assembly easily consumption goods” form after every delivery.
Check the delivery goods and collect all the necessary invoices

Requirements:
 
College degree and above
A practical mind set
At least 3 years similar experience
Ability to take initiative and to respond rapidly to urgent requests
Self-motivated
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
Sense of urgency
