1. Tasks
? Project management for the IT part within the customer order (A class order), member of project core team (with PM and ATSYS)
? Overall project management for B class orders
? Updates of the customer data in the TGW programmes (Navision, Hotline Info etc.)
? Project management tasks (leadership, coordination, communication).
? Internal: target and result-oriented control of the project team
? External: communication and schedule coordination with the customer and third parties (consultants, planners, ERP supplier, etc.)
? Creation of customer's functional specification (IT parts) in collaboration with the customer. Leading of functional specification meetings with the customer.
? (functions, processes and operations, IT hardware and software, IT services to be provided by the customer)
? Definition of the IT hardware needed for the order and initiation of the ordering process for it
? Identification and evaluation of price additions in the order (calculation)
? Specification of interfaces to the ERP system
? Specification of interfaces to the system controls (TGW-AUT or third-party controls)
? System engineering. Definition of customizing basics (warehouse structure and material flows)
? Creation of requirements specification for the Development department
? CILOG – customizing and parametrisation (in collaboration with ITIBN)
? Resource and time scheduling within the project. Identification of resource shortages in due time and taking of necessary measures.
? Permanent control of compliance with quality standards, deadlines and costs (order controlling)
? Ensuring of quality standards. Organisation of QM and interface tests. Checking of test records.
? Commissioning process planning (in-house and on site)
? Commissioning support (in-house and on site). Active leading and coaching of the ITIBN (know-how transfer, clear communication of project contents and objectives)
? Recording of commissioning problems (site reports) and initiation of measures
? Training of the customer's system administrator and operators
? Creation of a documentation for the customer, for the Hotline and IT
? Execution of acceptance (B class orders) or support for the PM during acceptance (A class orders)
? Maintenance of pending points lists and organisation of priorised processing of pending points
? Training and support of the Hotline
? Support of the customer during ramp-up Monitoring of Hotline contacts of the customer and collection of defects in the OP list
2. Requirements Profile
? Education: University, Higher Technical College with focus on IT or several years of experience in the IT business
? Experience in managing IT projects
? Several years of relevant job experience
? Willingness to travel to an extent of approx. 30% of the working time or more
? Customer-oriented behaviour
? Stress resistance and readiness to do overwork
? Knowledge of foreign languages: minimum requirement is English, Spanish or Italian desirable
? Driver's license
? With CISCO certificate

? Define the system design and make decisions
? Decide about the use of project employees (resource planning)
? Delegate activities to the ITIBN (e.g. customizing, documentation)
? Assign test workflows to the project members

? The optimal user friendliness and system availability/reliability has been achieved with the minimum required use of hardware and software.
? Reliable system availability and performance is guaranteed.
? The KUAP process specifications were complied with.
