【工作职责】
a. Involves in identifying, evaluating, and recommending prospective new work within respective market area including strategic market development and penetration.
b. Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts.
c. Develop new client, pursue projects and support proposals.
d. Participates in development of marketing and business plans, strategy implementation.
e. Establishes and maintains customer relationships and strategic teaming partner relationships.
f. Prioritize the allocation of sales and technical resources to accomplish the objectives of the yearly sales target.
1、参与识别、评估及建议特定市场新的业务机会，包括战略性市场拓展和渗入；
2、负责维护现有的客户；
3、发展新的客户关系；
4、跟踪客户、跟踪项目、支持报价；
5、参与市场及业务规划的编制、策略的执行；
6、优化销售和技术资源的分配，完成年度销售目标计划。

【任职资格】
a. Bachelor degree or higher in commercial, engineering or project management;
b. Many years of industry experience prior to entering business development along with at least 5 years of experience in business development; experience of off-shore business development is preferred;
c. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, excellent ability to forecast and analyze market trend, able to work under pressure while managing time and resources efficiently;
d. Fluent English , both written and oral, fluent Chinese oral;
e. Internal and overseas (to Southeast Asia) travel is occasionally required.
1、商务、工程或项目管理方面本科及以上学历；
2、多年工程经验，至少3年业务拓展经验；有海外业务拓展经验者优先；
3、出色的人际沟通、陈述讲解能力，出色的市场预测、分析能力，能够承受压力，有较强的时间概念和资源管理能力；
4、书面英语及口语流利，中文口语流利；
5、能适应较频繁国内外（东南亚）出差。
