职位描述:
1. 向潜在客户介绍专业早教课程,电话邀约客户到店试听并促成签约;
2. 持续稳定地实现个人销售目标;
3. 通过团队合作实现销售目标,与同事和会员建立密切的关系,以达成销售和服务目标;
4. 参加销售培训并做业务陈述,并按时完成个人目标;
5. 完善课程顾问的会员跟进数据资料库;
6. 按时分析个人表现,开发转介绍客户;
7. 参加例会和销售培训,确保完成每日销售报告。
任职要求:
1.大专以上学历,1年及以上直接销售经验或客户服务经验;
2.愿意从事早教行业,喜爱孩子,善于与家长沟通,愿意挑战高薪;
3.强烈的责任感与客户服务意识;
4.积极、热情,目标感十足,愿为达成目标倾之努力,耐心,注意观察细节。
Position Description:
1. Introduce early-education courses to potential customers.
2. Work as a team to achieve personal sales targets.
3. Build strong relationships with colleagues and members to reach both sales and service objectives set.
4. Attend sales trainings and execute sales presentations and achieve individual targets timely.
5. Complete Consultant's members follow-up database.
6. Analyze individual performance on time and build-up prospect.
7. Attend regular meetings and sales trainings and ensure individual completion of Daily Sales Reports.
Requirement:
1. College degree or above, 1 year or above direct sales experience or customer service work experience.
2. Willing to engage in early education industry, like children, good communication with parents and challenge the high salary.
3. Sound sweet, high voice recognition.
4. High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).
5. Patience, affinity, passion, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail.
