-For our Process Industries and Drives Division in TIANJIN,we are looking for a Service Technician / 售后服务技师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.

2. Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising

3. Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.

4. Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.

5. Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations

6. To finish the assembly tasks timely and effectively based on working instruction and technical requirement.

7. Maintain the equipments in the workshop.

8. Fulfill after-sales service report

9. Report to the superior all unsafe situation, missing tools, training required, assembly processes and proposals.

10. Study well on operational instruction for own post. Follow the EHS related requirement, classify rubbish well. Do well in 5S and reduce 7 wastes. Live up to 3 NO HARM: Not to harm self, Not to harm others, Not to be harmed.

11. To be responsible for safety and environment protection in the working area

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Five or more years of working experience in Gearbox service field;

2. Basic English speaking,reading and writing
