职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Provide assistance to supervisor on recruiting & hiring including but not limited to job posting, phone screening, interview arrangement, etc;
? Provide assistance to supervisor on training and employee development, including but not limited to new employee orientation training, annual training plan development and implementation, external training sourcing & arrangement, etc;
? Provide HR administration and help identify systems integration & efficiency improvement opportunities;
? Provide HR-related statistics & reports as per requirements;
? Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.

Employment Requirements:
? Bachelor degree majored in Human Resources, English or other related, 1-2 years of HR related experience.
? Experience in well-known MNCs is a plus.
? Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
? Good command of PC skills.
? Strong team spirit.
? Strong commitment to confidentiality.
? Strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude.
