Responsibilities
l To build strong relationships with buildings' sales department and property management for the smooth development and ongoing operations of WSE centres.
l To obtain all necessary license and permits for the operation of a new centre, in accordance with assigned schedule.
l To collect and present detailed demographic reports of regions, cities, districts and buildings to the management.
l To negotiate building lease renewals.
l To travel extensively throughout major cities in China, when require.
l Undertaking market research, retailer survey and analysis for specific projects.
l Managing Tenant and Landlord relationships to ensure satisfactory Tenant service

Competencies
l Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin & English
l Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
l Adaptability and market sensitivity
l Strong computer skills
l Strong presentation skills
l Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
l Minimum 1-2 years experience in Real Estate or consulting services, preferably with a chain store company, or a similar position with an international company.
l University graduate
l International exposure through education and or past employment
l Superior knowledge of: Property related consulting, Economic research
l Strong, confident personality and self-motivated, shows drive for results, sets demanding goals, takes active ownership with strong business sense
l Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
l Excellent research & analytical ability
l Mature & independent, willing to travel
l High personal integrity and ethical standards


岗位职责：
1. 为保证平稳的开展新中心开发和现有营业中心的运作，与楼宇销售部门及其他职能相关部门建立良好的关系。
2. 跟踪公司的新中心开业进度，保证相关证书证件的取得，与工程部配合在规定时间前和预算内完成工程项。
3. 整理详细的区域，城市，行政区划及楼宇的统计数据，为今后中心开发及调整积累数据。
4. 完成日常租约的更新.
5. 根据公司新中心的开放计划，完成本地，异地的项目管理，配合工程部协调整个工程的进度，在执行的过程中及时解决各种问题
6. 针对特殊项目开展市场调研，零售调研和分析。
7. 协调公司与房东之间的关系，保证房东对租户的服务。

任职要求：
1.本科学历，至少1-2年房地产或咨询行业工作经验，连锁店开店选址或相关经验优先，有良好的物业相关咨询及财务分析经验，
2.结果导向型，能够独立自主的完成部门总监分配的任务，具有优秀的谈判，沟通技巧，演示能力，信息收集及分析能力，
3.英语听说读写流利，熟练使用办公及绘图相关软件；为人正直，遵守职业道德，成熟独立，可以接受出差安排。
