职位描述：
岗位职责：
- Assist in project coordination: coordinate internal departments to accelerate project development;
- Provide on-site support: go to the scale-up or production site to provide support and help to solve problems for new products development;
- Paperwork management: prepare and maintain project timeline reports (semi-monthly), new product sales report (weekly), etc;
- Sample management: categorize department samples, prepare new product samples for sales persons, search and purchase new samples on the market;
- Department administration: assist in arranging accommodation and travels for visitors of the department, as well as other administration service for the team;
- Other assignments by the department manager.

任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above;
- More than 1 year project coordinator or relevant experience;
- Stationery/kids toy industry/ chemical background is preferred;
- Good knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
