1、负责与客户洽谈，接受订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；

1、负责与客户洽谈，接受订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；
2、制作空运单证及其他相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；
3、负责提供海外代理业务文件及放货事宜；
4、单证及文件的整理及归档等；
5、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级领导交办的其它相关工作；
职位要求：
1、英语四级。书写流利，口语熟练者佳；
2、有1年以上工作经验，能够独立处理日常工作；
3、熟练操作WORD/EXCEL/OUTLOOK等办公软件；
4、工作认真负责、细心、有较好的团队合作精神；
5、能力优秀者应届生亦可；
