Position Requirement-Q.A Manager
1. At least 28 years old. Bachelor degree or above. Quality management or related major.

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Using English to write e-mail and documents.
流利的使用英语及普通话。可使用英文书写邮件及文件。
3. 5 years of Q.A managerial experience. Familiar with the Q.A. industry and quality control. 2 years working experience in industry is required

4. Be proficient with PC operation. Familiar with measuring tools. Familiar with various modern methods of quality control.

5. Be familiar with the ISO 9000 certification and the relevant international certification. Have experience with ISO9000 is preferred.

7. Q.A – Quality Assurance focus on the improvement of procedures to prevent defects.

8. Responsible for the quality control to all factory products, raw materials inspection and testing. Working with the current factory manager and production manager to monitor the quality issue in the production.
负责全厂的质量控制，包括产品、原材料的检查与测试。与工厂经理和生产经理共同监督生产中的质量。
9. Q.C – Quality Control is the identification of defects and their prevention team going to customers.

10. Organize the quality department and management of information. A new system for information management and reporting will be implemented, with your assistance.

11. Provide quality training to the production line workers, as well as supervisors to ensure they have quality are achieved. A training program is to be established and implemented with the UBIQ’s employees.

12. Report Q.A issues to UBIQ Jixian General Manager, UBIQ Australia CEO, UBIQ China Operation Manager, for assistance in resolution.

13. Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S). Set up new standard SOP’S for each production process, and ensure the workers perform according to the SOP.

14. Other issues related to quality in the factory.

15. Be responsible for the quality of all UBIQ products.

16. Be responsible for quality assurance of the raw-materials and other goods purchased by purchasing department. Supervise and monitor the laboratory personnel’s testing of raw materials and the strength testing of finished product, in the testing room.

17. Report to the General Manager the quality of the materials from supplier, regularly and immediately if quality problems are found.

18. Be responsible for supervising all quality and quantity checking of incoming raw materials.

20. Review the existing overall plan of the for quality control system and decompostion into make recommendations for improvement.

21. Monitor the implementation of the Q.A. procedures. Improve and amend Q.A procedures in consultation with the management team and production team.

22. Be responsible for the quality assurance of the product to be exported.

23. Make sure that the product meets the Q.A requirement.

25. Amend the quality control plan according to the requests from Australia. Ensure quality issues are addressed and are not repeated.

26. Be responsible for controlling of the procedures in the quality system.

27. Review Benchmarks for internal audit and implement any changes onto the factory floor in consultation with the Production Manager.

28. Ensure ll production lines workers follow the Q.A benchmarks.

UBIQ is a manufacturer of a Magnesium Oxide (Mgo), composite cement board, operating a manufacturing factory located in Jixian, Tianjin.

The product range was developed over the recent years. UBIQ sells to the Australian market and distributes the INEX> products across Australia. Currently, UBIQ is experiencing far greater demand in Australia than the current production facilities can meet.

UBIQ (Tianjin) is a wholly-owned foreign enterprise, however we lease the factory from a local entity.

To meet demand, UBIQ is currently constructing a new factory facility in Dalian, Liaoning Province.
It is envisaged that new Manufacturing Manager will move to our Dalian facility when it is completed in approximately 12 months.

This Dalian factory will accommodate another 16 production lines over the next 2 years, coming on line. It is envisaged that the existing factory and production line will be the training ground for new workers who, once trained, will move into the new production line facilities.


The Product
The UBIQ range covers building boards for general flooring, walls and cladding applications across all sectors of the construction industry. Independent tests show that INEX> products are stronger, stiffer, more water resistant, lighter, have a superior surface finish, perform better acoustically, have higher fire ratings. The products can be cut, drilled, nailed and worked like the best alternatives.
INEX> Floor, Board, Sheet and Weatherboard are accredited for the Australian market.
All of the products are exported from the Jixian factory to various ports in Australia.

The existing factory has operated since August 2013, with a reasonably reliable, local factory work force of approximately 70 people, under UBIQ management, by the Operations Director
