职位描述：
1.
Perform all daily functions of assigned Transcon & Distribution
account(s).
2.
Familiar in ETMS/EDMS/CIFT and computerized inventory control system and its procedures.
3.
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
4.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
5.
Track and Trace TRANSCON Files and reporting
6.
Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
7.
Conduct inventory cycle count and stock take, and ensure accuracy.
8.
Perform daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management, and audits picking activities.

9.
Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
10.
Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs
11.
KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedur
12.
Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
