职位描述：
Minimum Education & Experience:University graduate preferred, or above with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry. Fluent in written and spoken English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very customer minded and detail oriented. General PC knowledge dealing with e-mail and Windows applications.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Make close communication with customer and set up good relationship accordingly.
2. Get shipping forecast from customers one week in advance in order that our OP team can book with carrier to secure the space.
3. Keep close contact with production-line to trace the cargo till ready.
4. Issue packing list based on warehouse provided actual weighed weight. Also comply with customer export process.
5. Coordinate with shipping department and planner team to push cargo ready as schedule , inform OP team in advance if any abnormal issue.
6. Inform EI OP contact on cargo pick up time, pieces, dimension, commodity , shipping methord etc at least 3 hours prior to cargo ready time.
7. Provide appropriate documents for customs declaration & clearance when cargo being picked up.
8. Try to get more information of other competitors and create business opportunity.
9. Managing our local pick-up service and make weekly report on the pick-up performance.
10. Tracing cargo from pick up till delivery or fulfill customer requirement


Working Conditions:

1. No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.
