I. 职位目标 Position Goal
A graphic designer's daily work may involve managing more than one design tasks at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the priorities of the tasks.
该职位的日常工作要求您能够同时管理多个设计任务，并根据各设计任务优先级的不同合理安排时间。

II. 主要职责 Main Responsibility
1.Review your tasks with the Supervisor to understand the requirements, and determine priorities, objectives, approaches, timelines, resources available and the support needed
与团队主管就安排给您的设计任务进行沟通，正确理解项目需求，明确任务的优先级、既定目标、执行方案、时间表、可用的资源以及完成任务所需要的支持
2.Correctly understand design requests & creative briefs assigned and the underlying business/operational needs and think independently
结合公司业务及运营需求正确理解安排给您的不同设计要求及相关创意简报，同时独立完成设计构思
3.Take initiative and produce design draft/works per requirements independently and creatively while at the same time working under the guidance of the Design Director and the Supervisor
根据具体设计需求自主完成富有创意的设计稿/作品，同时能够及时纳入设计总监和团队主管在此过程 中给出的意见
4.Presenting design concepts and drafts to the supervisor and the Design Director for comments and revise accordingly
将设计构思及设计稿提交团队主管及设计总监审阅，并根据具体修改意见进行修改
5.Demonstrate proficient design skills by employing a wide range of software, including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign etc.
熟练操作Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator 及 Indesign 等软件完成设计创作
6.Proofread and double check to ensure design accuracy and quality
对设计稿进行检查校对确保内容准确、质量符合要求
7.Keeping abreast of technologies in new media (demonstrated by skills in After Effects, Final Cut Studio, Maya, 3D Max or various interior design software) and develop your specialty in a selected direction (interior design or video editing) 掌握一定的新媒体技术（如运用 After Effects、Final Cut Studio、Maya、 3D Max 或其他室内设计软件进行创作的能力），同时掌握某一项专门的设计技能（如室内设计或视频剪辑）
8.Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers.
能够与印刷商、文案人员、摄影师及其他设计师展开团队合作
9.Develop a good understanding of WSE MKT operations and WSE’s business
逐步建立对华尔街英语市场运作模式及公司业务的深刻认识

III. 职位要求 Requirements
电脑技能Computer Skill:Excellent (Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign a must); Mastery (Aftereffects, Premeir, Maya, 3D Max a plus); Mac or PC OS mastery
工作经验 Experience:
Bachelor with above >3 Years's working experiences, or Master with >2 years working experiences
工作技能 Capability:
1.Expert knowledge of typography, material & printing, photographing, fonts, & color management
对文字排版、印刷材料及技术、摄影、字体及色彩管理等有专业了解
2. Effective and in-depth knowledge and skills in Adobe CS Suites, including Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign and a big plus if you have knowledge in the following software, Dreamwaver, Flash, After Effects, Final Cut Studio, Premier, 3dMax, Maya, and various interior design software etc.
具备出色的Adobe Photoshop、 Illustrator和Indesign 等设计软件的应用水平，如同时还具备Dreamwaver、Flash、After Effects、 Final Cut Studio、Premier、3dMax、Maya及其他室内设计软件的操作能力更佳
3. Good oral and written English and Chinese communication skills
具备良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力
4. A passion for excellent and creative results

5. Can work as part of a team or independently from concept to completion
