Sales Director//销售总监

客户公司是一家外企高级品牌。

Tasks

- Business planning and controlling of the region
- Structuring of the different sales and marketing plans (RSMP) in cooperation with the RSMs
- Leading, instructing and training of the RSMs (75%) with the emphases:
- Training to “PoW”
- RSMP-Review
- Co-Visit-Feedback
- Team cooking live Audit
- Winning new dealers
- Dealer development
- Dealer recovery and reactivation

Practical Experiences/skills; The Person has...
- Good culinary knowledge or has an affinity towards cooking
- Experience in analysing financial figures and drawing the right conclusions out of it
- Knows the current marketing methods and instruments and uses them successful
- Has outstanding presentation skills and knows how to present things in all hierarchal levels in an attractive way
- Has an excellent work organization (thoroughly, disciplined, detailed)
- Can handle EDV-systems
- Has good leading experiences
