ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
. Plan and organise all day to day calf Team rosters.
. 计划并组织犊牛组每天的日常工作安排。
. Organize and oversee the daily maintenance of all machinery and equipments.
. 每日组织并监督对所有的机械和器具的保养工作。
. Manage calf team workers performance. Ensure calf serum protein, mortality rate of calves from birth to weaning meet standard.
. 对犊牛组的工人进行管理。确保犊牛血清蛋白、幼畜成活率（由出生到断奶）达到标准。
. According to calf growing regular pattern and calf feed intake, organize and implement calf feeding plan.
. 根据犊牛的成长规律和犊牛采食量，组织和实施犊牛的喂养计划。
. Ensure that all workers of calf team are adequately trained and supervised, to ensure all the subordinates comply with all the SOPs (calf feeding process, calf vaccine process, drench milk process, dehorn process, colostrums check and feeding process)
. 确保犊牛组的所有工人都得到足够的培训和监督，以保证所有员工都能按照标准操作程序执行(犊牛饲养程序,免疫程序,去角程序,初乳检测和饲喂程序)
. Is responsible to ensure all safety equipment supplied is used appropriately and machinery is used in a safe and responsible manner.
. 负责保证所有的安全设备的使用都是适当的，而且使用设备需要以安全和负责任的方式来进行。
. Report and coordinate to handle any urgent issues, such as milk heater not working.
. 汇报和协调处理任何紧急的问题，例如，牛奶加热器不工作。
. Ensure calves are fed in a timely and proper manner.
. 在合适的时间以合适的方式喂养犊牛。
. Ensure there is no production accident result from human error.
. 确保没有因人为失误而引起的生产事故。
. Have lean production thoughts in mind and use farm resource and material in a cost effective way.
. 具有精益求精生产的思维，并且能有效低耗地使用牧场的资源和物资。
. Ensure animal welfare and health, food safety and quality and human health and safety meet company standard and comply with legislative requirements.
. 确保动物的福利和健康，饲料的安全和质量，以及人的健康和安全达到公司的标准并符合法规要求。
. Assist other team to weaning, vaccine, breeding and other husbandry functions with those young stocks.
. 协助其他小组进行断奶、注射疫苗、育种和其他关于这些小牛们的畜牧业活动
. With HS engineer and one-up manager’s instructions to improve workplace condition, such as housekeeping, HS education.
. 根据HS工程师以及上一级别经理的指示来改善工作场所的条件，例如：内务及健康与安全(HS)教育。
. Other task assigned by up level managers.

- Health & Safety Accountabilities – People Manager
. When a team member is injured, the manager will be required to manage in conjunction with our insurers the injury management, compensation and return to work processes.
. A manager will report and manage the outcomes of any incident.
. A manager will lead and participate in Health and Safety activities such as Health & Safety walkarounds, hazard identification and risk assessment processes in line with Company procedures and processes.
. A manager will comply with responsibilities as detailed in the Health & Safety management system.
. The manager will identify and report all hazards and incidents.
. The manager will participate fully in the Health & Safety improvement process.
. The manager will co-operate fully in any injury management process to ensure full participation in the workforce after cleared fit for duties by a registered medical practitioner.
- Food Safety and Quality Accountabilities– People Manager
. The employee will be familiar with and comply with all aspects of company’s food quality systems, policies and processes.
. The employee will identify and report all food safety and/or food quality hazards or breaches.
The employee will report any instance of suspected and/or confirmed contagious/infectious diseases, which has the potential to implicate food safety, including any instance of vomiting, diarrhoea, or blood borne infections. This includes, but is not limited to, any local regulatory requirements.
CERTIFICATION/QUALIFICATION
1) Education
. Technical school majored in animal husbandry or veterinary medicine.
. 技术院校，主修畜牧业或兽医学
2)Experience
. At least 2 years team management experience
. 至少两年团队管理经验
3) Technical/Functional Expertise
. Calf disease knowledge
