岗位职责:
Ø This is a HR Manager level role, focusing on managing employees from engineering and maintenance industry.
此为人力资源管理岗,负责各级别员工管理,涉及人员从基层到工程师,乃至设施维护管理行业的管理。
Ø Preparation and planning of staff recruitment, including timely monitoring of employees’ job description.
做好员工招聘工作的计划和准备工作,包括及时地监管修订员工的岗位描述。
Ø Assist in formulation of policies / programs and implementation of internal working rules and regulations.
协助规划公司政策、程序并执行公司内部规定。
Ø Follow existing procedures of the company for hiring and managing of staff; be constantly updated on legal and labor regulations.
在雇佣和管理员工上要遵循公司现有政策;此外要不断更新劳动相关法律法规。
Ø Control of time sheet and follow up personnel evaluation, bonus report, probation and contractual employment agreement. Monitor declaration with relevant authorities.
管控工时表,跟进人事考评,奖金报告,试用期及其他用工约定条款。监管劳动争议。
Ø Collection & maintenance of personnel files; set up personnel statistics and reports (e.g. sick or personal leave).Follow up social, health & workmen’s insurance and management of social affairs (medical check up, safety welfare etc.).Implement data in payroll system and organize monthly salary payment together with Accounting Department.
收集保管人事档案资料。建立人员统计和报告(例如:病假、事假等)。关注社会保险、体检、员工保险及相关事宜(医疗鉴定,安全福利等)。维护薪酬系统的数据信息,并配合财务部门按月完成工资发放事宜。
Ø Close cooperation with accountant to forward tax & insurance information. 完成个税申报和社保信息的完善。
Ø Coordinate and assist in preparation of all negotiated agreements with clients as well as third party service providers when requested to do so.
当需要时,能作为第三方协调并协助做好所有客户协议。
Ø To assist the Branch Operations Manager in the day to day work related to personnel & administrations.
协助分公司营运经理做好人事和行政相关的日常工作。
Ø Report on a regular basis to Regional Director & Group HR Director.
定期向区域总监和集团人力资源总监汇报。
Ø Any other duty assigned by the Management.
完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
任职要求:
Essential Qualifications
必要资格:
College diploma or above degree in Human Resources or related studies;
本科及以上学历,人力资源及相关专业;
Familiar with each Human Resources functions and tasks (recruitment, compensation & benefit, and employee relations).
熟悉人力资源领域各模块的具体实施操作和任务(招聘,薪资福利,员工关系等)
At least 7-10 years of HR generalist experience;
至少7-10年HR管理工作经验
preferably candidate with HR in the manufacturing and maintenance industry.
具备制造业和设施工业背景的HR优先考虑
Proactive with work and professional work ethics.
主动工作,良好的职业道德
Good communications and negotiation skills.
出色的沟通和协调技能
Good oral and written english skill
良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力
