职位描述：
Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas :
-Inbound delivery arrangement and management
-Customs clearance preparation and management
-Work with authorities and internal parties related to import shipment

Major Duties:
-To arrange the inbound delivery according to delivery term
-To maintain the top grading in customs
-To check the supplier’s import documentation
-To apply the necessary certificates for clearance from authorities.
-To ensure all clearance and full compliance with customs rules and regulations
-To support all Andrit Branches in China for import clearances .
-To establish and comply with local/overseas customs and their requirements.
-To key in the customs declaration in customs system
-To pay the import duty and VAT , check the correct WBS for FI
-To maintain the import tracking report
-To archive the clearance document and kept 3 years
-To support group company for DDP shipment , backcharge the cost and working hour to group company
-To handle the HS code audit from customs , answer questions from them
-To apply payment for forwarder or broker
-To collect the duty and VAT ticket , provide it to FI
-To coordinate the deliver and goods receipt after clearance done
-To keep flexibility to support the other task.

Competence：
-Bachelor degree ,
-Major in commercial or logistic related.
-English is good
