Position description
Supplier Quality Improvement
Position responsibilities
Supplier audit and improvement following automotive standard, IS0 TS16949 ,VDA 6.3
Supplier process/product qualification based on Standard
Supplier performance monitor (Kpi’s) and continuous improvement
Support New material homologation test
Leading Supplier Quality Manual Requirements Review
Leading Technical Review at supplier side for new project
APQP activity for developing new automotive parts.
PPAP approval ownership
NCR management: support supplier for building a robust problem solving by using automotive quality tools (fishbone diagram,5why,8D,Pfmea)
Push supplier to improve and correct raw material failures from IQC/production line/customer returns
Support to Develop incoming quality control planning to continuously improvement
Support of Incoming inspection specification creation

Education
Bachelor degree or above, rubber relevant major, automotive field working experience. Liquid silicone rubber manufacturing feild working experience.

Experiences
More than 3 years supplier quality assurance working experience
Liquid silicone rubber manufacturing working background
Automotive field working experience
Experience in leading supplier audit and improvement
Experience in dealing with raw material complaint
Experience in qualify new supplier and also in supplier performance monitoring
Experience in working in big foreign investment company is preferred
Knowledge / skills
Strong knowledge of supplier audit and improvement
Knowledge of Quality Management System
Knowledge of rubber molding and production
Good coordination, teamwork, innovation and communication skills
High level of problem solving and managing supplier skills.
Be familar with quality tools, such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan etc.
Plastic molding parts experience is perferred
Languages
Fluent written and spoken English
Computer skills
Good computer skills, Good at Microsoft office （Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
