Job Title: Merchandising GTM Services Manager
Report to: Merchandising Head
Main Responsiblity:
Ensure regional products quality security in terms of tag, wash label, and all product accessories by Brand.
Effective and efficient sample management by brand.
Support Sr. merchandising manager for establish future sourcing activity coordination and process.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
- Be responsible in planning and implementing local inspection programs before allocation,
- Maintain and update the regional product testing standard and process, ensure the effective execution.
- Evaluate the quality of test bureau, relation maintenance. Act as a liaison between company and regional government bureau.
- Estimate and control the inspection cost and records of all brand product quality report .consistently review the test package set and price reduction.
- Closely cooperate with legal , logistic, Global function department
- Ensure the accuracy and in time information exchanges and material delivery
Key window of Customer service
- Follow up quality issues, settle quality complaint
- Communicate with HQ of each brand for quality feedback.
- Check and define defective goods monthly and import to Warranty survey system.
Efficient sample management.
- Establish and effective execution in seasonal sample management process.
- Enhance sample loan out process
- Support brand manager in day- to –day sample work
- In season proto sample liquidation
Trade show key player.
- Key organizer. Be responsible in all sample and work flow management/arrangement(package/sort/show/back)
Sourcing activity management
- Manage sourcing activity coordination and processes for brands
- Participate in the development and maintenance of supplier
- Research potential sources of supply for purchased products to ensure prices are competitive
Needed Competencies:
Communication &Negotiation skill
- Coordinate with cross function department for implement the label process/sample process, work closely with Global and logistic department
- Strong negotiation skill for project cost management.
Planning and Process
- Develop long term planning for function, build / maintain,/upgrade,/execution in process.
Organization & Problem solving？
- Strong organization skills for leading the big event in department and cross function department/ Part time stuff. Solving the emergency problem
KPI:
- Product Testing program execution. 100% before allocation
- Tag&lable accuracy, difference<3%
- Sample management &clearance. Yearly <10%
- Trade show organization
- Brand quality report. By season
- Department running cost control.
Education:
University degree or above
Needed Work Experience:
- 5 years relative working experience in apparel retail business
