职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
1. Receive calls through service hotline and register calls in ERP LN
        接听热线电话并在ERP系统中登记建Call
2. Receive E-mail through public channel, register it into EPR, forwarding to corresponding hotliner
       接收服务邮件，以call的形式记录在ERP系统中，并转发给相应的热线人员
3. Receive digital fax through public channel, register it into EPR, forwarding to corresponding hotliner
       接受服务部电子传真，以call的形式记录在ERP系统中，并转发给相应的热线人员
4. Maintain professional and quality service interface.
       建立专业高品质的服务窗口
5. Provide the timely feedback of customer complaints.
       对客户的抱怨，及时地反馈
6. Improve the pick-up rate and waiting time of service calls.
       提升电话服务水平，提高电话接通率，减少电话等待时间
7. Consolidate customer survey, hotline system report by weekly, monthly, and yearly.
       汇总客户调查回访报告，电话系统报告.
8. Verify machine& customer information
       维护客户信息。
9. Promote service products
       推广服务产品
10. Support other functions on team projects.
       上级安排的其它工作

Requirement / 任职要求:
1. College degree or above in office administration or relative majors.
    大专以上学历，办公室行政等相关专业
2. At least 2 years’ working experience, experience in a multinational corporation is preferred
    至少两年相关工作经验，有跨国公司经验者优先
3. Good knowledge of call center work flow and office administration is preferred
    熟知呼叫中心工作流程、办公室行政的优先
4. Good command of Office tools, experience in ERP LN and databases is preferred
    熟练操作微软办公软件，有ERP和相关的数据库操作经验者优先
5. Good attitude, beautiful voice, clear expression, good ability of organization and coordination, independent and flexible
    态度端正，声音优美，善于表达，较好的组织协调能力, 独立性强，灵活
6. Be abel to speak in business English
