ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Multiple entities' material and Supply Chain Management operational performance. Manage demand, Production control, planning & scheduling. Manage material system. Key measure responsibilities for Customer Delivery Performance, Inventory, Freight, Inventory Loss. Supplier management. Continue improvement of material flow and improve operating efficiencies. Influence/Educate/Support manufacturing operations to improve key measure performance.

SCOPE OF AUTHORITY:
Responsible for multiple plants' material operation over multiple disciplines within the extended supply chain (Customer and Internal / External supply base).

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Supply Chain Management, or Manufacturing. At least 5 years manufacturing experience, PC software skill and formal MRP system processes

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Complete Supply Chain Management process knowledge and experience: Logistics, Manufacturing Operating procedures, Electronic Commerce, Project Management, MRP systems, Continuous Improvement - Lean Principles, Production control, Planning & scheduling, inventory management. Supplier management.

PROJECT SIZE/COMPLEXITY:
Manage Supply Chain Management activities across China JVs. Multiple suppliers, customers, products and processes.

PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS:
Strong analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues. Strong influential leadership skills. Proposes and oversees implementation of corrective action.
