Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for market research and demand analysis;
2.Formulation and implementation of business plans, Leading and supervising the sales team to achieve

sales targets;
3.Responsible for development of sales and marketing strategies, establishing sales channel, building up

close business relationship with customers and
Business Units;
4.Responsible for annual sales forecast, target setting and decomposition;
5.Building high performing sales teams and coaching sales.
职责内容：
1.负责市场的调研和需求分析；
2.组织实施年度的销售计划,领导销售团队实现销售目标；
3.负责制定市场和销售策略，销售渠道开发和客户的管理；
4.负责年度销售的预测，目标的制定及分解；
5.负责组建销售团队，培训销售人员。

Job Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with minimum 5 years' sales experience and minimum 3 years' sales

management experience;
2.Sound knowledge in environmental protection industry and Greenhouse Gas Emission industry and have

relevant client resource and relationship highly preferred;
3.Strong market analysis capability, outstanding marketing, business promotion, communication,

presentation and negotiation skills;
4.Strong dedication and good leadership;
5.Proficiency in both spoken & written English.

1.本科及以上学历，5年以上销售行业工作经验，有3年以上销售团队管理工作经历；
2.熟悉环保及低碳行业，具有相关的客户资源和客户关系优先；
3.具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
4.有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力；
5.英语良好。
