Education
- Bachelor’s Degree, or above with major in International Trade, English, Law, & Business Management, etc.
Knowledge / Skills
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, with solid commercial leadership experience and proven performance.
- Professional in Contract draft & negotiation.
Excellent perception on payment terms, lead time, warranty, late delivery penalty, arbitration, risk alleviation, etc.
- Exact perception of quotation elements and GM control, competent to optimize & revise quotations as per the actual needs.
- Expert of order processing and management. Timely response to contingent issues at each milestone in order execution process, strong ability to issue necessary & sufficient paperwork to record & reflect order execution process.
- Familiar with import & export business flow, have sufficient knowledge and professional skills to proceed with relative business process and do instructions to subordinates.
- Strong sense of contract risk alleviate & avoidance.
- Good command of English. High level of both written and verbal English are required.
- Excellent skills of Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
Specific Experience
- Cross-culture working experience.
- Minimum 3 years import or export working experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
□ Quotation & GM review to make sure the Price Police to be applied.
□ Review key or difficult contract conditions and terms, get involved into key contract negotiation to attain risks.
□ Oversight contract filing, order entry,order distribution,execution to make sure projects are processed properly.
□ Oversight all commercial reports to make sure all reports are provided in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
□ Properly assign tasks to team members to assure workload balanced and handled smoothly.
□ Closely communicate contract implementation progress and A/R status with Finance to support revenue realization.
□ Support team member to handle difficulties during contract implementation to make sure contracts are proceed smoothly
□ Develop subordinates through coaching to improve competencies, and
keep the open and harmonious work climate.
□ Temporary work assigned by the superior.
