Job Title:
HR Business Partner

Directly Report to:
Head of Human Resources
Head of Project Development & Service, China
Location:
Shanghai, China
Objectives:
Work closely with the senior management team to identify the current and future needs of the business and design HR strategies, plans, and interventions to ensure the department is equipped to achieve them.
Duty & Responsibility
1. To work in partnership with senior management team in order to clarify their "workforce" requirements, develop a business-driven Workforce Strategy and drive the delivery of the Strategy in order to enable the organisation to achieve its business plan. Coordinate PDS China recruitment in all locations, such as:
? Develop hiring plans with each PDS location manager (Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Tianjin).
? Add new job descriptions to the existing PDS China job descriptions.
? Collect CV’s in conjunction with JLL HR and headhunters.
? Coordinate interviews.
? Track hiring status for all open positions.
2. Ensure the delivery of specialist or generalist HR services and solutions so that service requirements are met; advise team managers on HR implications of proposals and initiatives as they arise; and identify and advise service managers of opportunities for service improvements arising out of HR initiatives.
3. Drive and facilitate an effective performance management regime in the department creating and maintaining a high performance culture to improve organisational capability and the caliber of individuals. Manage and coordinate the implementation of staff Personal Development Plans, such as:
? Coordinate PDS location managers to conduct PDP for all staff
? Track PDP set up status
? Coordinate regular PDP reviews and track status
? Support PDS China Head in implementing PDS China Top Talent Development Program
4. Work with the senior management team to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, via review of organisational structures, streamlining of business processes, continuous improvement, and performance management. Implement staff performance management programs, such as
? Coordinate PDS location managers to conduct 9-cell reviews and identify marginal performers
? Track the performance of marginal performers using proper HR documents
? Support PDS China Operations Team in tracking staff performance on complying with Operations requirements
? Conduct 1-on-1 with all staff twice a year to understand staff’s concerns and suggestions on the business as well as their own problems and aspirations. Produce reports to summarize the findings
5. Coordinate PDS-tailored training programs
? Work with JLL HR and PDS China Operations to establish training programs
? Coordinate the training program implementation
6. Support and guide the directorate in the proactive implementation of corporate policy in the areas of Occupational Health & Safety, Wellbeing and Diversity.

Required Qualifications & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? 2 to 6 years HR experience in training, recruiting and employee relation functions in MNC.
? Excellent spoken and written English
? Strong communication skills
? Adaptability to changing environment and multiple assignments.
? Proficient in Microsoft office, e.g. Word, excel and PowerPoint.
