Job Description:

ZipPiTeeDoo Xin Xing Yuan, an immersive children’s character-building playground under Kerry Group, is now looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Manager to be part of the dynamic and international team.

The Marketing & Promotions Manager is to play a key role in planning and implementing marketing strategies for driving awareness and increasing membership.

Duties include, but are not limited to, planning and implementing both brand-level and center-level events; preparing marketing communication materials; crafting PR strategies and establishing partnerships with media, kindergartens and schools, and other relevant organizations; building communities among existing members’ parents and leverage word-of-mouth to drive referral sales; working really closely with the sales team to plan in-center promotional events to drive conversions.

Area of focus:

Marketing & Communications:

a.)Work together with the sales team to plan and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and membership conversion

b.)Create marketing event calendar and implement with center teams

c.)Build media and partner networks and identify collaboration opportunities; leverage partner’s events, content and date base to promote Xin Xing Yuan’s offerings.

Digital & Social Media marketing:

a.)Be accountable for assessing the China digital landscape and opening up new channels and campaigns with the objective of reaching new and existing customers

b.)Execute digital and social media marketing tactics with a passion for analysis and reporting on performance metrics

c.)Work together with center managers to craft content strategies and calendars for multiple online platforms

d.)Research and explore new channels and tactics to find new and innovative ways to reach new customers

e.)Manage and design acquisition campaigns focused on driving traffic, and building loyalty using PPC, SEO, display and other paid tactics

f.)Design and implement online and offline community outreach programs and lead the community building effort

Requirements:

b.)Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people

c.)Love kids and be passionate about education

d.)Minimum three years of working experience in marketing & communications and digital marketing, preferably in startup companies

e.)Languages: English and Mandarin Chinese

f.)Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing or related field
