3.负责组织和安排候选人筛选，面试等活动；

任职资格： 

1.3年以上招聘工作经验； 

2.熟悉汽车内外饰设计行业，同行业从业经历者欢迎面谈； 

3.有猎头/人力资源顾问公司从业经历优先； 

4.能理解技术要求，能与工程师进行技术沟通，能积累工程师人脉资源； 

5.有工程师资源的优先考虑； 

6.较强团队合作能力； 

7.能在压力下工作； 

Responsibility 

1.Be responsible for recruiting technical and engineering staff for the company; 

2.Be responsible for realizing the headcount openings and planning from internal company and external customers; 

3.Be responsible for organizing and coordinating candidates screening and interview activities; 

4.Result-oriented performance appraisal. 

Requirement： 

1.More than 3 years recruiting working experience; 

2.Familiar with automotive interior & exterior design and engineering industry; preferred to coming from the same industry; 

3.Prefer to have headhunter or HR consultancy working experience; 

4.Able to actually understand technical requirement and communicate with engineers at technical level; 

5.Prefer to have database or network with engineering talents; 

6.Strong teamwork awareness and skills; 

7.Able to work under the pressure;
