Responsibilities:

1. Handle petty cash and bank related cashier issues

- Daily cash & bank account management

- Daily bank and cash general ledger

- bank statement reconciliation

- Prepare and check daily payment

- Any other cash and bank related issues

2. Assist in checking associates expense report and following up with associates

3. Financial monthly end closing support, including printing, preparing and binding up all vouchers.

4. Handle tax and VAT invoices issues

5. Non sales contracts filing

6. Hold finance policy training for new associates

7. Assist to implement internal controls to ensure financial and accounting soundness of the operation

8. Any other jobs arranged by manager.



Experience & Education:

1. Bachelor's or Junior Degree in Accounting

2. Good English Language Reading Skill and Good Computer Skills (Must be proficient in Excel)

3. Personal Attributes: Honest, able to work under pressure, Initiative and team oriented

4.1 year experience as a cashier will be plus

5. Be familiar with Golden tax system be a plus

6. Experience with SAP B1 will be a plus
