职位描述：
Job description
1. Receive the booking advise from shipper or overseas agent.
2. Sending booking details to JAS overseas office for their confirmation once receiving new booking from shipper.
3. Sending booking details to Carrier or Co-loader for space on proper sailing schedule once getting shipping instruction from JAS overseas office.
4. Create shipment into EDI.
5. Provide FOB or EXW charges to FOB shipper or JAS overseas, if request.
6. Get S/O from SSL and send to shipper.
7. Input details under consol into EDI.
8. Advise the booking details to overseas.
9. Coordinate the contract and equipment with SSL.
10. Handover the file with exact information to operator.

职位描述
1. 接受海运进出口业务委托，根据客户要求进行询价。
2. 与海外办公室、船公司联系，收集船期安排及价格信息，供客户选择。
3. 根据需要提供运输条款并及时将相关信息录入edi系统中。
4. 完成与操作人员工作的衔接。

 任职资格
1. 本科以上学历，英文听说读写能力良好。
2. 能独立判断及处理操作过程出现的问题，能与船公司及客户进行沟通解决实际问题。
3. 较强的学习能力，熟练的电脑运用和文案管理能力。
4. 3年以上货代操作经验。
