职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据相关法规和公司规定，实施药品的入库验收、在库养护、出库复核质量管理，控制药品与其他商品接运质量、吞吐作业质量、堆码作业质量等，确保在库药品与其他商品安全，保持商品使用价值。
2、运用现代物流管理理念和技术，组织实施仓储作业，指挥下属各个作业组有效、协调地工作，保持仓储作业的连续性和高效性；
3、依据公司购销计划，制定仓储业务调度计划、平衡与调节仓库进货计划、监督药品与其他商品质量，降低损耗、提高仓库面积和容积利用率、降低储存费用，提高经营管理水平；
4、根据公司下达任务，研究制订部门经营目标、各项经济技术指标、核算与考核办法并组织实施，对下属班组实施指标分解、核算与考核；
5、制订与实施仓储员工考核方案、维护劳动纪律，研究制订、组织实施员工业务技术、质量教育与培训计划。

岗位要求：
1、物流管理、药剂或相关专业大学本科以上学历；
2、五年以上仓储管理管理工作经验，具备多个仓储管理模块的管理实践；
3、有较丰富的工作实践经验。 举报 分享
