职位描述：
1. Be responsible to organize the build-up and tests of prototype machines, components and systems with engineering team.
2. Validate the functionality of the products or the system functionality, according to the specific requirements or specifications by defining, developing, adapting and/or using manual or automated tests within a predefined project plan considering processes, procedures and testing quality standards.
3. Develop test specifications for functionalities according to given requirements and specifications.
4. Manage, perform tests and develop reports according to the defined test process.
5. Integrate all test environment components (HW, SW & Mechanic) according to the project needs.
6. Ensure testing equipment availability and stability for test groups.
7. Analyze issues during testing and ensure product/system problem being properly reported and debug.

Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or similar
> Have good understanding and knowledge of electric motor system
> Be able to use English for written and oral communication
> Have basic programming skill
> Have basic understanding of HW, SW and MD
> Have experience on team work projects or activities
> Be familiar with High-port ,megger test ,etc
> Have strong sense of responsibility
> Be good in communication and presentation
> Have interest in manipulative activity
