职责范围：
Hauptaufgabe:

1. Establish and execute company’s EHS regulations, promote the EHS conduct and code, develop a zero-accident culture as a part of the company’s sustainable development strategy and business plan.
制定和执行公司环境健康安全规章制度，推进公司环境健康安全行为和准则，推动零事故文化成为公司可持续发展战略和业务计划的一部分；
2. Responsible for identify the hazard environment, process and behavior.
负责识别有危害的环境，工序和行为；
3. Ensure all the waste are discharged within the specified range, and treated in standardized way.
确保所有的废弃物的排放都在规定的限制内；确保废弃物得到规范处理；
4. Responsible for inspecting and testing the fire distinguishing facilities and ensure they are sufficient and effective.
负责公司消防设施的检查和测试，确保其足够和有效；
5. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on safety to conduct systemic risk assessment for workplace and make corresponding security measures & contingency plan to ensure the safety of the working environment.
熟知安全相关法律法规对工作场所进行系统性风险评估，并制定相应的安全措施和应急预案，确保工作环境的安全；
6. Establish a safety culture. Improve staff’s safety consciousness through publicity, training, collecting opinions, supervising & correcting unsafe behaviors of staff, suppliers and visitors. Share the knowledge with other TJ plant and cooperate in EHS resource.
建立安全文化，通过宣传、培训、收集意见、监督纠正员工、承包商和访客的安全行为等活动提高人员的安全意识，在天津工厂之间分享知识和EHS资源合作；
7. Responsible for Government PR on EHS related issues.
在健康、安全和环境等相关事宜上担当政府公关。


任职资格：
Qualifikation:

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and above 5 years of experience in safety & environmental related function. National registered Safety Engineer is preferable.
? 本科及以上学历，5年以上的环境、健康、安全工作经验或相关工作经验。有注册安全工程师证优先考虑
? Excellent Mandarin Chinese and English oral and written skills including the ability to compose original correspondence and communicate effectively.
? 熟练的英语口语、书写能力并有良好的沟通能力
? Familiarity with Chinese environmental, health, and safety regulations and compliance therewith (i.e. Material Safety Data Sheets, and Hazardous Waste, Lockout/Tagout, General Operations Permit, etc.)
? 熟悉中国的环境、健康、安全的操作规程并加以落实。(物料安全数据管理，公害性浪费，停工、运行许可 等等)
? Knowledge in international EH&S principles such as OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO14001 management systems will be of benefit.
? 了解国际环境、健康、安全准则，例如OHSAS18001和ISO 14001管理体系
? Willingness to stay current with regulatory requirements and obtain needed education to meet position requirements.
? 保证符合法律法规
? Must have the ability to handle confidential information regarding the company and employees and maintain the confidentiality in a professional manner.
