职位描述：
1、经常性出差，每个月最少一次，最多4次，出差周期每次3-5天，出差地点全国各地中大城市。
2、出差期间负责接送、安排国外客人的吃住行，负责带国外客人和客户进行沟通交流；
3、负责会议现场的管理培训所有的翻译工作，含交流，记录，文档；
岗位要求：
一、基本要求：
热爱翻译事业，能适应连续出差，能适应会议现场翻译，热情大方，敢于挑战自我，吃苦耐劳，勤奋务实，积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神，拥有高度的执行力，能承受较强的工作压力，稳定性强。
二、学历专业要求：
本科以上学历，英语专业优先考虑，TEM-8级或有CATTI证书、高级口译证书者优先。
三、专业素质要求：
1、优秀的英文沟通能力，优秀的语言组织能力；
2、主动学习企业管理知识；
3、能熟练应用excel, word, ppt等办公软件。
4、不路痴，熟练网上订票、合理安排出行时间。
5、必要的时候适应整月出差不同的地方。
四、经验要求：
男女不限，具有相关工作经验者，优先考虑。优秀的应届毕业生可以考虑。
薪资待遇：
试用期3个月
试用期期间月薪3500元
转正月薪4500元，缴纳五险一金。
独立出差后（含试用期），每个项目1000元提成。
出差期间所有差旅食宿给予实报实销。
工作时间自由，不出差的时候，可以在家完成工作或者休息。
