职位描述：
Major Responsibilities

Conduct communication programs or workshops with authorities of pricing to understand their positions or attitude concerning about pricing policy or any trend of further actions related to Uni-Bio.

Collect as much information regarding of pricing and RDL as can do, advise company realistic action plans in correspondence of any official price adjustment.

Effectively work for GS to list it in target provincial RDL lists.

Support commercial and sales team to solve any issues of pricing / reimbursement that happened in city or hospital level through direct communicate with local authority and instruct commercial managers to handle issues in hospitals.

Regular communicate official update policies or events which happened, latest issued or ready to be issued soon to internal colleagues in case prepared actions need to be taken.

Build a strong relationship with stakeholders (e.g. local social labour & security authority, price authority, hospital bidding office)

Required Knowledge and Skill

– 5+ years experience in specialty pharmacy industry
– 1-2years government affair experience.
– Proven effective communication and negotiating skills
– Good understanding and knowledge of China pharmaceutical industry and market, government policy and insight of authorities.
– Strategic thinking and systematic implementation skills
– Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills, results driven mindset
