Responsibilities:
? Key in all of import shipments data into Registration table to establish database
? Key in all import accounting data into registration table,
? Work with customer service and accounting for Reserve smoothing;
? Check and register document from airport and distribute them to relevant person in charge;
? Take care filing job for whole import department;
? Back up for customer service and airport operation;
? Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the Company or other sources;
? Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.

Requirements:
? College or/and above
? 1 year work experience in documentation of air freight
? Good spoken and written English
? Skilful in office software
? Cautious, patient and careful attitude
? Good communication and cooperation ability
? High integrity
? Team player
