职位描述：
Purpose and general responsibilities of the position:
Has responsibility for the overall performance of the distribution centre.
Plans, organises staff, directs, and controls all office and warehouse activities.
Assists senior management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and standards.
Has accountability for achieving prescribed company objectives with regard to cost,productivity, accuracy, and customer service. Responsible for managing all aspects of customer requirements including, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, shipping,receiving, P&L responsibility, rate requirements and development of incentive programs.

Specific responsibilities of the position:
？ Operations: Ensure the development of systems and procedures for operating and managing physical facilities, human resources, and equipment in a profitable manner
？ Plans, directs and implements warehouse operations,procedures and support to meet prescribed productivity and service levels
？ Labour Management: Directs the operation of the Warehouse Team to achieve prescribed objectives and standards
？ Develops and maintains a productive, motivated work force by ensuring effective hiring, training and development of distribution centre associates
？ Creates programs to counsel and discipline associates
？ Provides timely and appropriate performance reviews to all direct reports and ensures the same is done for all associates
？ Customer Service: Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all customers (internal and external)
？ Establishes programs to improve customer awareness at all levels in the organisation
？ Maintains records and reports to ensure customer service levels are being met
？ Develops and maintains strong partnership with customers and vendors in order to achieve financial results
？ Other Duties/ Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Ensures all customers objectives and standards are met in regards to inventory accuracy
？ Has accountability for the inventory assets of the facility as it pertains to loss/damage
？ Safety/Housekeeping: Develops, implements, and maintains appropriate programs to ensure that all safety and housekeeping standards and objectives are met
？ Ensures compliance to regulations in regards to safety certification of forklift drivers, and HSSE guidelines
？ Equipment and Facility: Procures equipment and facility preventative maintenance services to assure efficient operations of all facets of the centre
？ Maintains suitable equipment and services to assure security of customer and company assets
？ Has accountability for constantly improving the WMS to be simplified with workflow

Specific requirements for the position:
? 5 years’ experience in Warehouse management
? High initiative and aggressive
? Result-oriented
? Passion and drive to serve clients and to develop new services with creativity and innovation
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Fluent spoken and written English
