职位描述：
Financial Controller

Skilled and experienced Financial Controller for manufacturing business center in Tianjin, China. Position is responsible for managing and integrating finance, accounting, reporting and tax requirements to meet local and corporate objectives. This position reports directly to Country Controller with dotted line reporting to the General Manager.


Job Responsibilities
 
1. Developing strategic plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts;
2. Understanding percent complete units shipped project and manufacturing accounting methods;
3. Preparing and presenting cash flow forecasts, income statement, balance sheet and statement of owner's equity;
4. Ensure proper financial planning, reporting, and forecasting;
5. Establishing policies and procedures to monitor and improve current system of internal controls;
6. Generating financial statements in accordance with Chinese and U.S.A. GAAP;
7. Leading a skilled team of accounting personnel to manage assets of manufacturing business center;
8. Meeting U.S.A. Sarbanes Oxley and audit requirements for the manufacturing business center;
9. Other special projects as needed.


Essential Skills

1. Exceptional communication skills;
2. Highly proficient in English and Chinese-Verbal, Written and Spoken;
3. Proficient in GAAP (Understanding PRC and U.S. GAAP);
4. Project Accounting and Revenue Recognition;
5. Knowledge of local and national regulations in the areas of tax reporting;
6. System integration experience;
7. Ability to manage commercial banking relationships and advise management;
8. Demonstrated ability managing accounting staff;
9. Financial analysis and preparing presentations to management and board directors;
10. Requires exceptional personal integrity, initiative, strong analytical skills, a very high energy level and excellent interpersonal skills;
11. Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines is very important.


Education Requirements

1. BS/BA in accounting or finance or equivalent;
2. MBA or university equivalent and a professional certification such as a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA"), Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred but not required;
3. Proven leadership and presentation skills;
