PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES：
- Responsible for the Discipline, Training, Welfare, Efficiency and Effective Performance of duties of all personnel under his command.
- Require to manage the respective building according to the company’s regulations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working directly with the client to ensure a thorough understanding of its investment objectives and the development of acceptable property-specific strategic plans and operating and capital budgets.
- Oversee the implementations of approved initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating the efforts of the property team (e.g. leasing specialists, vendors, contractors, and building employees).
- Management, supervision, and professional development of all building personnel (e.g. Assistant General Manager, Property Manager, Chief Engineer, and staff, Tenant Service Coordinator, etc.)
- Organize the sound and reasonable management system, manage the development and improvement of major rules and regulations, formulate operational norms, improve the internal organizational system, to strengthen the communication and coordination between different departments to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the management mechanism.
- Representing Jones Lang LaSalle in the local and regional business and real estate community in order to promote LaSalle’s reputation and capabilities to prospective tenants and clients, service contractor, and report to the portfolio manager in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
No less than 10 years managing premium class office buildings, luxurious residential properties or shopping complex ideally with 2 years in China. Working experience in CBRE, Savills or other property companies is preferred
