We are currently seeking a HR Executive, Greater China to join our DHL eCommerce team in Shanghai.
The incumbent will be base in Shanghai provide HR management and support to our China operation (Shanghai, Shenzhen & Guangzhou), the candidate will work on HR projects/initiatives on a Greater China level.
Recruitment:
? Update recruiting information through all recruiting channels timely;
? CV screening & selection to ensure candidate’s quality before send to hiring manager;
? Interview and result follow up;
HR Daily Operations:
? Keep good communication with sector managers, proactively providing HR support;
? Engage in HR policies and processes, design, communication and execution;
? Advice and counsel employees to understand HR policies & practices and effectively resolve HR issues and problems;
? Update employee basic information database and monthly turnover tracking based on actual status;
? Manage employee P-file and ensure timely update.
Employee Engagement:
? Lead & drive all employee activities to improve employee engagement;
? Build internal communication platform and EVP implementation via Wechat and other social media tools;
? Promote and conduct regular employee surveys and work out the improvement action plan with management team based on the survey results
? Engage with employees and business leaders across the organization to conduct Employee Relations related assessments and investigations, disciplinary actions, and discuss continuous improvement opportunities in the area of employee relations;
? Promote knowledge, understanding and compliance with regards to company policy and relevant employment laws through consulting, coaching, presentations, and training;
Others:
? HR data analysis and reports;
? Using Wechat to promote employer branding and reach to potential candidates.
? Conduct organization diagnosis to identify the root cause of issues in organization or process, recommend solutions to improve employee experience and organization efficiency;
Desired Skills/Experience
? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
? Minimum 5 years of HR work experiences in Recruitment, HRIS and Employee Engagement.
? Good MS office skill, organized and detail oriented;
? High attention to employee health and safety concerns, flexible and responsive, ability to solve problems,
? Be knowledgeable with Chinese labor law and local regulations;
? Fluent in both English & Chinese
